How to integrate Wishlist Member WooCommerce Plus with the payment gateway?

Wishlist Member WooCommerce Plus is used to sell membership products using Wishlist Member, so you can sell membership levels and / or pay-per-posts as WooCommerce products. WooCommerce is the one responsible for the payment gateway integration, not Wishlist Member WooCommerce Plus nor Wishlist Member. All the aspects of payments and subscriptions are managed by the WooCommerce plugin and its extensions. Wishlist Member WooCommerce Plus does not interfere with any of these aspects and it is working behind the scenes only after a successful payment has been made.
