Are you receiving the following error notification after activating any of our plugins?
“We have received an error while trying to connect to the license server, If this problem continue the product will deactivate.
This not a problem and it may occur, only if this error appears more than 2 days, contact support.”
What is this Error Message?
All of our plugins are license-based and, therefore, need a connection with our licensing server.
The message you have received is not an error, it just indicates that on a specific connection the license server could not be reached.
How to Eliminate It?
Refresh the page – This message, in most cases, disappears after a page refreshes as the connection is established correctly on the next page load.
If this error is consistent and does not disappear, then something on your server or WordPress installation is preventing the plugin from contacting the licensing server.
Because you have successfully activated the plugin on your website, an operation that requires connecting the licensing server, the reason for the error is that something you have installed after you have activated the plugin is preventing the connection from being established.
This can be either another plugin / theme / server or security settings.
Again, if this error disappears after the page refreshes then simply ignore it.
If it does not, please try to eliminate the changes after installing the plugin as one of them is the cause.
