To view the status of all the support tickets you have opened follow these simple steps:
1. Click on Support in the top menu at HappyPlugins online store
When clicking the link you will be redirected to HappyPlugins support portal
2. Click on My Tickets thumbnail inside the support portal
Important Notes
- Support Hours – The support team replies to every ticket within 72 hours maximum, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm GMT+2
- Ticket was not Replied Yet – If your ticket is still active, please do not open multiple support tickets and wait for the support team to reply your ticket.
